Introduction
Congratulations to Hutchies for taking out the top commercial and residential project of the year awards at this year's Master Builders State Awards. CS Cavity Sliders is proud to be a part of these two projects:
Brisbane Skytower
This state-of-the-art 90 storey Brisbane Skytower is Brisbane’s newest landmark apartment building and sets a new benchmark for the design of tall buildings in Brisbane’s central business district.
CS Cavity Sliders supplied hundreds of full-length full height track systems for this project.

Northcliffe Residence, Surfers Paradise
A 27-storey residential tower offering unique beach front living within the Surfers Paradise precinct. This new development presents a rare calibre of design, adding a bold new architectural dimension to the Surfers Paradise skyline. The boutique building features 75 units, residents-only beach club lounge, catering kitchen, infinity edge pool, steam room sauna and gym.
We joined multiple doors together with our ActaLink system to make one huge movable door for each of the upper units.

CS ActaLink
The CS ActaLink is an active linking system designed to join two or more doors together with a neat negative detail. This allows for an over-width timber door to be created on site using two or more door leaves with less chance of the finished door cupping or bowing.

Full-Height Track
The CS FH-CeilingMountTrack allows the ceiling lining to be fixed flush with the underside of the track, ensuring a seamless continuation of the ceiling line where the door slides.
