We often get asked what options are available for soundproof doors. Our CS SoundStop cavity slider has been developed as a method of reducing sound transmission between rooms. Along with all the benefits of standard CS Cavity Sliders, the CS SoundStop also features measured acoustic ratings up to STC 42.

These units are supplied complete with a specialised acoustic door panel when an acoustic rating above STC 31 is required. A brush seal is fitted to the bottom of the door, vertical and horizontal jamb seals are attached to both sides of the door, and a seal bar to the door's back edge.

The CS SoundStop cavity slider is suitable for boardrooms, meeting rooms or any other area requiring a level of privacy, and are commonly specified in hotels, auditoriums, television studios and function rooms.
